Benmax approached Cloud Republic to help reposition their online brand as one of Canberra’s leading mechanical services companies.

Phase 1 of the approach saw a refresh of the website highlighting their extensive experience as well as showcasing their vast range of clients including the Canberra Airport redevelopment. Expression Engine was implemented as the CMS weapon of choice to enable Benmax to easily maintain content ongoing as well as ensure the website running at optimum performance.

In addition to the website, an iPad app was developed to help the Benmax maintenance team with their day to day work on site. The app enables each technician to report on all aspects of a job and compile a report which is sent back to head office.

We knew we needed a better website, but weren’t really sure what “better” even meant. Paul and the CloudRepublic team helped us work out what we needed, then took our fairly basic requirements and filled in the gaps to deliver something that was better than we ever imagined. The CloudSource platform itself is powerful, flexible and easy to use so we quickly became quite self-sufficient. But whenever we’ve needed help Paul’s responsiveness has been exceptional. Paul also did wonders with our SEO and jumped us to number 2 in the organic search results for several of our most important keywords in a matter of days.
